MEET THE TEAM

Jessica has assisted in a wide range of procedures, including periodontal surgeries, implant placement, restorative treatments, laser-assisted procedures, and endodontic procedures for patients of all ages and backgrounds. She is proficient in digital radiology, including CBCT and panoramic imaging—along with infection control and patient education. She has also trained new assistants hired at the office and is cross-trained to work both in the front office and chairside with the dentist. Known for her calm and welcoming demeanor, efficiency, and attention to detail, Jessica ensures a smooth, comfortable experience for both patients and the dental team.

Committed to continuing education and professional growth, Jessica is currently studying to obtain her Registered Dental Assisting license and is also taking courses to pursue a Dental Hygiene degree.

Since joining the team, Jhunelle has embraced the opportunity to grow alongside cutting-edge dental technology and modern techniques. She views each day as a chance to learn something new and finds joy in helping patients restore both their smiles and their confidence. She especially enjoys assisting with dental surgeries, implant placements, laser procedures, and Bioclear composite bonding—skills she was excited to develop further at our practice.

Driven by her passion for dentistry and patient care, Jhunelle is currently working toward a career in Dental Hygiene. In the meantime, she remains a valued and essential member of the Laser Dental Bakersfield team. Outside the office, Jhunelle enjoys practicing tae kwon do and hiking local trails. She looks forward to welcoming you to our practice with warmth and professionalism.

Since taking on this position, I have developed a strong passion for helping our patients achieve their oral health and cosmetic goals. I enjoy creating customized treatment plans that fit both their budget and their desired results. The most rewarding part of my career is watching patients leave our office with the smile they’ve been longing for—and knowing I played a part in that transformation.

I am grateful for the opportunity Dr. Molato has given me by entrusting me with the practice and our incredible team, whom she treats like family. I truly enjoy working alongside such a dedicated staff that works hard to meet every patient’s needs. Outside of the office, I cherish time with my husband and three children, who love and support me in my career.

Eliza’s extensive background has given her deep insight into all aspects of dental office operations—from patient care and team coordination to scheduling and insurance management. She is proud to be part of a team that is energetic, passionate, and dedicated to delivering the highest level of care. What she loves most about Laser Dental Bakersfield is the positive environment, the strong team spirit, and the professionalism that Dr. Molato brings to the practice. Eliza is continually inspired by how far patients travel to see Dr. Molato and finds joy in witnessing their happiness after each visit.

Outside of the office, Eliza is a proud mother of five—three daughters and two sons—and a loving grandmother to nine grandchildren. She cherishes time with her family and enjoys traveling whenever possible. Eliza is excited to welcome you into the Laser Dental Bakersfield family and looks forward to helping make your visits comfortable and rewarding.

Today, Chelsea serves as a dental hygienist during her breaks from school, providing gentle, thorough care to patients she has grown to know and love over the years. She is currently pursuing her dental degree at Loma Linda University and is on track to become a licensed dentist in 2026.

Chelsea looks forward to continuing her journey under the mentorship of Dr. Molato, with a strong commitment to serving patients with compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence. While Loma Linda has provided her with a solid clinical foundation, she is eager to expand her expertise through continuing education in Bioclear, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry to uphold the high standard of care established by Dr. Molato. Outside of school and dentistry, Chelsea enjoys working out, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
